MOF Invites Comments on Fair Value Measurement

The Ministry of Finance has published the draft of China Accounting Standard: Fair Value Measurement seeking comments from interested parties. The draft defines fair value as the price in an orderly transaction between market participants to sell the asset or transfer the liability in the market at the measurement date, i.e. exit price.
