Eight Areas Clarify VAT Reform Scheme Timeline

According to information collected from various areas, Beijing is piloting the scheme from 1 September 2012, Jiangsu and Anhui are from 1 October 2012, Fujian and Guangdong are from 1 November 2012, and Tianjin, Zhejiang and Hubei are from 1 December 2012.
